Of all the North Sea fish this is the consumer's favourite. It has an excellent flavour. Dimensions around about 30 to 50 cm. The sole's mouth looks like a parrot's beak. It is a typical fish from the North Sea. The supply is the largest in the Netherlands.

Turbot
The King amongst Fish. This is one of the names this wonderful flatfish is known by. It can reach 90 cm in length and adapts its colour to the colour of the seabed. It is at its most delicious in the autumn and winter. The flesh is snowy-white, very firm and does not perish quickly.

Brill

Brill
Length 35 to 60 cm. Weight 1 to 3 kilo. Oval shape. Brown with dark flecks and dots and a smooth skin. The white flesh from the brill is very tasty.
